About This Service
A circle for women 18+ who desire to address Self Love, Building & Strengthening Dissociation & Other Trauma Symptoms Sexual Pain and/or Anorgasmia Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Menstrual Pain & Irregularities Chronic Low Back Pain or Hip Pain Join us in learning a powerful, grounding practice designed to connect you to your bodymind and teach you to hear the deepest parts of yourself, supporting your entire system and promoting foundational healing. Workshop flow will be as follows: Opening Circle Energetic Connection to Womb and Pelvis Abdominopelvic Anatomy and Metaphysics Learn the Self Massage Guided Self Massage Practice Womb Walk Meditation and Shadow Work Journal Space Reflections and Questions Closing Circle
Policy Information
A full policy agreement and waiver of liability will be sent to you via email. This form should be signed and returned at least 2 hours prior to the start of class to confirm your registration. If this an individual workshop and the form has not been received by that time, your spot may be offered to a wait-list participant. Class attendance will not be permitted without this signed form on file. If you are unable to attend a workshop, circle, or a course meeting for which you have registered, inform your facilitator at least 24 hours prior to class, or as soon as possible in the case of an emergency, via text or WhatsApp at +1 (856) 857-7535. All workshops, circles and course meetings will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Due to the nature of this work, late arrivals will not be admitted. Doors to the space will be locked at the time class is set to start for security purposes. All sales for individual workshops/circles/classes are final and nonrefundable.
