Concerning All Services

 

Rhiannon Flores-Drennen, acting under Sacral Sacred Therapies, is a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist offering massage and bodywork and health coaching services, not a licensed medical doctor or psychotherapist. As such, ​​

• You understand that Sacral Sacred Therapies is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.

• You understand that you will not receive medical or psychotherapeutic advice or treatment by engaging in any of our services, and that services provided are not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care. 

• You understand that certain medical conditions are contraindicated and not recommended for various forms of bodywork, shadow work, hypnosis, and other services Sacral Sacred Therapies offers. These conditions include, but are not limited to, acute illness such as the flu, uncontrolled mental illness, untreated cardiac or circulatory conditions, pregnancy, thrombosis, untreated injuries, and ingesting analgesics within 12 hours of your session. You will therefore inform your therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries so appropriate adjustments may be made. 

• Sacral Sacred Therapies nor its practitioners are liable for adverse effects resulting from failure to communicate the existence of medical or mental health conditions or a change in their status.

• In the event it is determined that a service cannot be performed at the scheduled time due to either a medical condition, a mental health condition or an energetic misalignment, we will reschedule for a time when the interfering condition is resolved at no additional cost.

• You understand that all services provided are professional, therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of the session and/or the client contract without refund. A police report may also be filed.

Concerning Individual Services

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session for any reason, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required via text or WhatsApp to +1 (856) 857-7535. Notices sent within the 24 hour period will incur a 50% late fee. Because prepayment is required for all services, the other 50% will be credited to your next session. If more than 15 minutes of your appointment time elapses and no communication is received, a 100% "no-show" fee will apply. This will be deducted from your prepaid amount.

​When booking services purchased as part of a package, series or treatment plan, the same general policy applies. If you must reschedule or cancel, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required via text or WhatsApp. All best efforts will be made to reschedule within the valid time period. "No-shows" will result in the forfeiture of the session.

Treatment plans, packages and series must be completed within their specified time frames. The time frames for treatment plans may be modified based on your progress. The period of validity is displayed on your receipt and/or in your client contract. No refunds will be issued for sessions unused after the expiration period.

Refunds for treatment plans, packages and series will be issued as follows:
A 100% refund will be issued for requests received within 24 hours of initial purchase.

A 50% refund will be issued for requests received within 7 days of initial purchase.

No refunds will be issued after this period.

Request a refund by contacting Rhiannon at connect@sacralsacred.com. If you feel you have extenuating circumstances that may constitute a refund for an individual session, your request must be made within 3 days of the appointment. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Due to the nature of the work offered at Sacral Sacred Therapies, sessions, treatment plans, series and packages are non-transferable, and must be used by the original purchaser. Services intended as gifts will only be honored if they are purchased with full knowledge and enthusiastic consent by the intended recipient.

You understand that no specific modality is being scheduled when booking a session. The techniques used at the time of your session will be determined by the practitioner's best judgement of what will most align with your treatment goals.

Should any form of shadow work be used, you understand that the effectiveness of the treatment often depends on triggering the shadows. This process can illicit feelings such as fear, sadness, anger, rage, grief, confusion, or other forms of mental/emotional discomfort, and you understand that despite these potential sensations, all work is offered with pure intention, in good faith, and in accordance with your practitioner's training. By its very nature, this work is designed to threaten old belief patterns, question old identities, and expand limiting comfort zones.

 

It is your responsibility as the client to communicate with your practitioner any physical, mental, or emotional pain or discomfort you experience during treatment or that you believe has resulted from treatment. Your practitioner will not be held liable for any failure of communication regarding your needs.

All aspects of treatment are done with full consent from the client. All best effort will be made to receive verbal consent at the time of treatment, however, as in the case of energy work, blanket consent may be given at the beginning of a session to ensure the timely application of certain therapeutic techniques. This will be discussed with you prior to your session. Should written consent be required for any modality, such as breast massage, you agree to provide a signed document.

 

You agree to inform your practitioner of any preexisting medical or mental health conditions to ensure the safe and effective delivery of treatment. 

 

You certify that you are mentally, emotionally, and physically capable of receiving these services, and are collaborating with appropriate mental and/or medical health professionals as necessary.

 

Your practitioner reserves the right to terminate service if your practitioner feels that either your or their health, safety, or well-being is at risk. Terminations of this nature are not subject to a refund.

For clients booking online, clicking the "Policy Agreement" checkbox constitutes your signature affirming your understanding of and agreement to comply with these terms and conditions for any current and all future services. For clients booking directly with the provider, the policies will be reviewed with you at the time of booking and a link to the full policies will be included in your confirmation email. Your acceptance of the booking constitutes understanding of and agreement with these policies.

Concerning Group Circles and Classes

​

It is understood that we may not be able to address all of your unique, individual needs within the context of a group course.

Circles and courses are offered with the intention of support and for educational purposes and do not constitute medical or mental health advice.

If you decide a particular circle or course is not a good fit for you, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is sent within 24 hours of purchase. A 50% refund will be available if the request is made within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued beyond 7 days. Refund requests should be emailed to connect@sacralsacred.com via the email used to sign up for the group offering.
