This session focuses on external abdominal and pelvic spaces to support your organs, align the pelvic bowl, release energetic blockages, and increase blood flow and nervous system communication to your deep core. You will also learn a self massage ritual to support your healing at home. Treatments plans typically range from 5 to 15 sessions; follow up sessions are 75 minutes. ** Please note: session time is approximate, and we may need a few minutes longer than the listed time or to end a few minutes early to honor your nervous system's process
