Working with a respect for your absolute wholeness and autonomy, we will leverage philosophies of "direction of ease" and 4 Body Interdependence to honor the path that your own body has already laid out toward healing. My ability to follow the signs and help you discern your bodymind's requests (the most important part) has been cultivated and honed over a decade, evolving alongside my practice.
Sacral Sacred was born from the evolution of passion.
Specializing in pelvic health, dedicated to serving those who are experiencing pain and trauma similar to that from which I had healed, I opened Philosopher’s Stone - the first iteration of my practice - in 2015. I was so fortunate to be able to support hundreds of amazing people within that space, and facilitate many outstanding transformations. However, it became clear that something was missing from the purely structural approach I had been using.
The pelvis truly is the seat of the soul. Where matter and magick meet. As such, of course the root of pain in this center would be a mix of both.

Slowly, the energetic elements (ie the magickal parts of me) I had put aside began to make their way into my sessions. First through nervous system assessment and limbic realignment, then through somatic work, and deeper with shadow work. These were missing keys that I knew needed to be expanded.
Seeking out teachers to help me hone my natural energetic and intuitive gifts just as I did (and do) for my talent with hands-on work, I closed Philosopher’s Stone in 2021. Bit by bit, rituals, ancient wisdom, forgotten magick, and a more refined taste for energetic flow made their way into my hands. Thailand, Australia, South Africa, Mexico and a couple of mystery schools shared through the miracle of internet later
Sacral Sacred emerged.
Named to acknowledge and celebrate the inextricable entanglement between

The Physical and The Metaphysical,
it represents a philosophy and a praxis that embraces our human existence as a bodymindspirit.
Years of learning, experimentation, practice, and experience have culminated into offerings that are profoundly life-changing and that I am incredibly grateful to be able to share.
