Initial Session

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session for any reason, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required via text or WhatsApp to +1 (856) 857-7535. Notices sent within the 24 hour period will incur a 50% late fee. Because prepayment is required for all services, the other 50% will be credited to your next session. If no communication is received more than 15 minutes into your appointment, a 100% "no-show" fee will apply. If you feel you have extenuating circumstances that constitute a refund, please email Rhiannon at connect@sacralsacred.com within 3 days of your appointment to make that request. Refunds are not guaranteed. By completing this booking, you understand that no specific modality is being scheduled. The techniques used at the time of your session will be determined by the practitioner's best judgement of what will most align with your treatment goals. You will have the opportunity to consent or deny any treatment. It is your responsibility as the client to communicate with your practitioner any physical, mental, or emotional pain or discomfort you experience during treatment or that you believe has resulted from treatment. Neither Sacral Sacred Therapies nor your practitioner will not be held liable for any failure of communication regarding your needs. You agree to inform your practitioner of any preexisting medical or mental health conditions to ensure the safe and effective delivery of treatment. Neither Sacral Sacred Therapies nor your practitioner will be held liable for injury or undesirable outcome experienced as a result of failure to communicate existing conditions or changes in their status. You certify that you are mentally, emotionally, and physically capable of receiving these services, and are collaborating with appropriate mental and/or medical health professionals as necessary. Your practitioner reserves the right to terminate service if your practitioner feels that either your or their health, safety, or well-being is at risk. Terminations of this nature are not subject to a refund. Failure to read these terms and conditions does not constitute their negation nor excuse lack of compliance.
