Experience alchemical modalities combined specifically to meet your needs so you can experience profound results after a thorough intake and assessment. At the end of this session, we will discuss your best steps for treatment moving forward.
Policy Information
Complete and submit your Intake Form - which will be sent to you via email once you finish booking - at least 12 hours prior to your initial appointment. No services will be provided without this signed form on file. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session for any reason, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required via text or WhatsApp to +1 (856) 857-7535. Notices sent within the 24 hour period will incur a 50% late fee. Sessions will be considered "no show" if more than 15 minutes of your appointment elapses without communication, and a 100% fee will apply. Prepayment or a valid credit card on file is required to hold your appointment.
